Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not entered processing or been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you by email/whatsapp.

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
We do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or other reasons unrelated to a defect or error on our part. Where an exchange is not possible, an eligible return may be issued as a MOHRAE credit note.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Every MOHRAE piece carries a unique code on its label. This mark identifies your piece within the MOHRAE system.

Yes. Once your piece has been verified, you can register it with MOHRAE and connect it to your ownership record.
